The CRAM COURSE for the 63-Hour Florida Pre-Licensing is an intensive exam-preparation program designed for students who have completed the required Florida 63-hour pre-licensing education and are preparing to take the Florida Real Estate Sales Associate licensing examination.

This course focuses on high-priority exam topics, including real estate principles and practices, Florida real estate law, contracts, financing, property ownership, agency, brokerage operations, calculations, and other concepts commonly tested on the licensing exam.

Hi, I’m Pam Coskey, owner and instructor of Next Level Real Estate School. I have more than 20 years of experience in Florida real estate and have spent my career selling, managing, mentoring, and teaching.

I began my career with Century 21, where I became a top-selling agent, and have since sold more than $150 million in real estate. I went on to become a RE/MAX franchise owner and Broker/Owner, as well as owning independent boutique real estate companies and managing multiple brokerage offices and teams of agents.

My experience also includes working extensively with bank-owned and REO properties, training and mentoring agents, and teaching Florida real estate courses from pre-licensing and post-licensing to continuing education and specialty courses.

But what really matters to me is what I can bring to you.

I know real estate can sometimes feel overwhelming, so my teaching style is friendly, approachable, and practical. I use real-life experiences to make complicated subjects easier to understand — and I always encourage questions.

I haven’t just taught real estate — I’ve done it. And I want to share that experience with you.

What do I need to get a Florida real estate sales associate license?

You must be at least 18, have a high school diploma or equivalent and a Social Security number. Then:

Complete the 63-hour Sales Associate Pre-Licensing course and pass its final exam.
Apply for your license with the Florida DBPR and get your electronic fingerprints.
Pass the state exam at Pearson VUE.
Activate your license with a broker.

What is the difference between Online, Livestream and In Person?

Online: self-paced on the IQNEST platform. Start the same day you enroll and study whenever you want.
Livestream: scheduled live classes over Zoom with the instructor, from home.
In Person: scheduled classroom classes with the instructor.

The content and the state requirements are the same. Pick the format that fits your routine.

How long do I have to finish an online course?

Your access to an online course lasts 3 months from the purchase date. If it expires before you finish, your progress is reset and you need to enroll again to continue.

How does the final course exam work?

The final exam unlocks only after you complete every section of the course. It is timed, and the passing score, number of attempts and waiting period between attempts follow the rules of each course, which are shown before you start.

Why do you ask for my legal name and my SSN or license number?

Your certificate of completion is issued in your legal name and, depending on the course, with your Social Security number (last 4 digits) or your real estate license number. You enter this information once, before you start the course, and it cannot be changed afterwards, so please type it exactly as it appears on your documents.
